Emergency contact person name, relationship, and contact number for runner medical safety during race events.

Assigned bib number, wave category, RFID split/finish times, GPS activity tracks, and Strava synchronization data.

Purposes for processing
- Race Administration: Generate bib numbers, prepare singlets and finisher merchandise according to sizes, and allocate race corrals.
- Transactional Alerts: Send SMS confirmation codes, email receipts, e-bib vouchers, and race day advisory notifications.
- Event Results & Certificates: Calculate split times, pace, rankings, and issue downloadable official finisher certificates.
- Health and Safety: Provide emergency responders with essential contact details in case of on-course medical incidents.
4. Race Timing, Leaderboards & Photography
Publicly displayed elements
Running marathons is inherently a public sports activity. By participating, you acknowledge that your:
- Bib number, first name, last name initial, race distance, gun time, and chip time will appear on public result boards.
- On-course event photographs taken by authorized race photographers may be indexed by bib number for runner retrieval and public viewing in event galleries.
If you have legitimate safety reasons requiring privacy exclusion from public result leaderboards, please contact our team prior to race day.
5. Payments & Race Kit Courier
Third-party processors and partners
Payment Security: Online transactions (GCash, Maya, Debit/Credit Card) are processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (including PayMongo). Marathon Roster does not store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials on our servers.
Shipping Services: For participants choosing doorstep delivery, receiver name, mobile number, and destination address are shared securely with verified logistics partners (such as J&T Express Philippines) solely for fulfillment and tracking generation.
